We come across many types of people in our life. But there are some people who play an important role in chiseling our career and personality to become a responsible individual.

What makes a teacher great?

As toddlers our life starts and ends with only our parents. We take our baby steps in the path shown by them.

Once we reach a stage of adolescent then we get to decide a circle of friends for ourself in this world. There is a saying “ A PERSON CAN BE JUDGED BY CIRCLE OF FRIENDS HE/SHE HAS!!”.This is completely agreeable as the type of friends we interact with, has an impact on our behaviour,qualities, vices. The simple reason being, when young we are like clay which can be moulded to the desired shape we want.That’s why it is essential to be in good circle of friends in growing years as we don’t know to differentiate between good, bad, evil.

When it comes to our personality development both in our life and career a Teacher plays a vital role.They teach us subjects in academics to make a career and pave a path of success for us in future. They also instil moral values in us. After parents it is the teacher who plays an important role for us to outperform in studies and career in our growing years.A teacher can make or mar a student.It depends on the teacher in how a student blooms both personally and mentally as a person.

In today’s times things have changed a lot as virtual, online classes have taken the centre stage.These classes don’t have that original touch of a teacher where he can scold, punish for the well-being of a student. Screens have taken the place of a paper and pen, where teachers have become helpless by being unable to give a human touch to the students in the prevailing times.

From school till college and even during higher studies teachers are the encouraging factors to develop an affinity for a particular subject, field, career choices.

When a student becomes successful in his/ her career ,it is the Teacher who is given the credit for all the rewards and accolades he receives. Isn’t it? The other day I saw in the news how the teachers from the school where Captain Shubanshu Shukla had studied as a student were ecstatic.The teachers were brimming with happiness and were proud to mention that they had taught Captain Shubanshu Shukla as a student in their school.All The famous people always have a word of appreciation for their teachers of the school where they had studied as a kid.This example applies to not only the famous people but also people from all walks of life.

”TEACHERS ARE GREAT BECAUSE,THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE in NURTURING STUDENTS TO BECOME A RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL IN HIS/ HER LIFE”.
