What is belief? This is a staunch feeling which is in each of us.The gravity of belief varies from person to person.Having a belief may vary from 0% to 100%. It’s just a strong feeling of assurance.

HOW IMPORTANT IS SPIRITUALITY IN YOUR LIFE ?

This is a burning question in today’s times.The reason being the turmoil happening around us all over the world. This all began with Covid- era where the Corona Virus took the whole world as its hostage. With no road to recovery seen at the onset of the Covid times, we all had to set a firm grip on something which would give us a solace from the turmoil happening around us.This firm grip gave rise to “SPIRITUALITY “which has slowly and steadily has made an tremendous impact in most of our lives. That was the beginning of a spiritual awakening for many of us through out the world. We all had this one common demon to face in the battle and win over it too.

Spirituality has always been present in all of us. But, when something like devastating natural calamities, war, Natural tragedies, terror attacks, gun violence, happens we all don’t have any escape route. We cannot run away from the reality. Hence, this path of becoming spiritual sets in us slowly. It arises within us very naturally. A staunch and Strong feeling of an unknown power keeps our life going at such unprecedented times. This unknown power is the spirituality. It is in each one of us.. A person can be spiritual but not necessary he/she has to be religious.

I too believe in being a spiritual person. I believe in my gut feeling and the firm grip I have on some unknown power. Many at times when I feel hopeless and helpless this belief keeps me going. This spiritual feeling from my inner mind and the phrase “ALL IS WELL” gives the hope to keep me going.

In the present scenario where we are witnessing war raging on around us in some parts of the world, spirituality is the only solution to keep our mood, temper, tolerance, anxieties, stress and anger in control. As we cannot do anything to ease the situation other the keeping our nerves in control. Undoubtedly to be spiritual plays a vital role in easing the tensions and keep us calm and composed to some extent.

It’s good to be spiritual when things completely go out of hand. If not spirituality then we may become slaves to bad vices which may only make our lives worse than before.

I am a spiritual person who believe that there is an unknown power which will guide through in my tough times of turmoil and uncertainty.

I pray for few minutes both in the morning and in the evening for the well-being and peace everywhere. A simple ritual which doesn’t involve anything but just positive thoughts. 💭.The belief that the prayer will manifest all my thoughts is the secret behind spirituality.

Being spiritual doesn’t mean all problems are taken care of. Nope!!!!. We get a courage to face and tackle the problems we are into. It is as simple as that. The bottom line is spirituality is a path to be taken to find a way out from the dark tunnel where we are stranded at times in our respective lives.
