What is a belief? This is a staunch feeling which is within us. The gravity of belief varies from person to person. Having a belief may vary from 0% to 100%. It’s just a strong feeling of assurance.
I liked the distinction between spirituality making problems disappear and spirituality helping us face them differently. In difficult periods, having something that creates a little steadiness can matter even when the circumstances themselves have not changed.
I love how you describe spirituality as an anchor when life feels uncertain. I especially connected with the thought that it doesn’t make our problems disappear, but gives us the courage to keep moving through them. ❤️
I love this. I think COVID was such a unique situation that we were all going through together. Spirituality was definitely a rock for me during those times.
This is a great perspective V S Uma, I agree that being spiritual doesn't equate to being religious. Listening to our own intuition is of so much benefit in some cases for other people too.
I also noticed that many people started to look inwardly around covid times as we all had more time to explore questions and search for the meaning of life. For others during that time, creativity arose, many people I know began experimenting with making new meals, candles and other things. It was a strange time for us here but also a very positive one, my daughter was born during those times and I also started my path to awakening.

What stayed with me most was the thought that spirituality doesn't necessarily mean having all the answers. Sometimes, it's simply having something within you that gives you the courage to keep going when life doesn't make sense.I also loved the distinction between being spiritual and being religious. Belief can take many forms—prayer, intuition, hope, or simply trusting that there is something beyond what we can currently understand.Perhaps that's why spirituality becomes stronger during difficult times. It doesn't remove the darkness; it changes the way we walk through it.Your final thought about spirituality being the light that helps us walk through darkness really stayed with me. Btw I haven't subscribed you yet 😭😭😭😭😭 but my space has from months ago 😌🤭
Gratitude and believing that someone up there is keeping all scores really can ease the overburdened mind
True true 🙂↕️

Being spiritual is the only way; everything that you do in your life—mopping, cleaning, dusting, or even cooking—make it a spiritual process!
Agreed 👍
