Happiness 😊 and sorrow 🙁
A simple observation made by me in a shrub plant which was on the road side. Plants don’t talk but they convey a lots if observed.
Everyday there is this one road which I ride by regularly. There are plants on the side of the road to increase the greenery throughout the side ways. All the plants are of the same variety. These plants grow to become a shrub with cute white flowers on the top of the plant. When the flowers are in full bloom they look like a vanilla icing upon a green cake.
Of all the plants lined up, there was this one plant which caught my eyes. It was the same variety shrub plant on the side of the pavement. When I saw for the first time this small shrub plant was with withered leaves. There were no leaves at all.It was giving the plant a wilted a dead look. But the small trunks branching out looked healthy. I thought the leaves will bloom as months passed by according to the changing seasons.
But, I was wrong. Seasons passed by, but there was no change in its appearance. It remained the same withered plant without any leaves.
There was another shrub plant adjacent to this plant. It belonged to the same family of shrub plants. There was a difference in this plant. Why ??????. Its green leaves too withered on a day to day basis, but, to become green again and again. It was always full of life like a very pretty green doll standing next to its friend with a smile .
I felt like nature was conveying few messages through this two different types of shrub plants standing next to each other.
The message I could gather by observing these two shrubs are
“LIFE IS NOT THE SAME FOR ALL. IT IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH AND EVERYONE”.
“LIFE IS A MIX OF BOTH HAPPINESS AND SORROW”.
“LIFE OF POOR”- The first shrub
“LIFE OF RICH”- The second shrub
I want to conclude this small blog with this very popular phrase
” KABHI KHUSHI 😊KABHI GHAM😔”.(in Hindi).
Which means
“SOMETIMES THERE IS HAPPINESS 😊, SOMETIMES THERE IS SORROW ☹️”
A mix of both is life. A very simple but an agreeable message by nature .
Its such a thoughtful observation.it’s beautiful how you drew life lessons just from noticing two shrubs. Truly, nature has its own way of reminding us that happiness and sorrow are both part of the same journey
