MY WACKY CAKE 🎂😃

This is an eggless cake which I have been baking for many years. We are vegetarians, not an eggetarian too.With very less options left,I learnt to bake this kinda vegan chocolate cake 🎂.

Cakes has always been my all time favourite. I love the way the icing looks on a cake. Very inviting and appetising too. The glazed icing on the cake in pink, cream white, light green pastel colours makes it more attractive to gorge in.😋😋😋😋. I love cup cakes too. They look so cute in a nice cute paper cup. These thin paper cups add to the beauty of a cup cake.

I love cakes and pastries. The funniest part is we are vegetarians, not even an eggetarian. This doesn’t stop me from having a cake which has eggs from a bakery. It’s just I don’t bake a cake with eggs in the house. But, I want to bake a cake and eat it too!!!. Now how to do this ?.

I learnt how to bake this eggless chocolate cake after doing a lots of research (courtesy- Google). I use milk and butter to bake this cake. So it’s not 💯 vegan, but a kind of vegan cake. I usually bake this cake for New Year💃 . Also when there is small family get together or some special occasions, then I bake this chocolate cake. I had shared this recipe in Gastromancy June Creative Challenge.

This is not any fancy cake. It’s a very simple eggless chocolate cake. I use Wheat flour, Milk, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Cooking Soda, Lemon Juice, Powdered Sugar, Instant Coffee powder vanilla essence to bake the cake . I use a mix of custard powder, corn flour, icing sugar and unsalted butter to do the icing. And give a decorated look with the multicoloured gems on the top 😊. We all in our family enjoy relishing this cake a lot. It is a regular affair to bake this cake during the New Year Celebrations 🎉.
