FOR CARRYING OUT OUR DAILY ROUTINE WITH ENERGY.
This blog is not a story or any message but a recipe. This is one of the countless popular recipes in this planet. It is a fusion of both “NORTH and SOUTH INDIAN” recipe. This recipe is totally a vegetarian recipe. Being a vegetarian, I use Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Tomatoes as a base to add both spice and gravy to my recipe.
This time for a change I chose to write a small blog about food .🥘
METHI PARATHA WITH TOMATO KURMA😍
FENUGREEK LEAVES FLAT BREAD WITH AROMATIC SPICY GRAVY TOMATO.😁🍅
PARATHAS , ROTIS and CHAPPATHI (in Hindi )are usually told as FLAT BREAD in ENGLISH. rooti, rotee, rotli, rotta, safati, shabaati, phulka, chapo (in East Africa), sada roti (in the Caribbean), poli (in Marathi), and roshi (in the Maldives), is an unleavened flatbread originating from the Indian kitchen. People staying abroad sometimes consume TORTILLAS as a substitute to ROTIS.
INGREDIENTS FOR PARATHAS/ FLAT BREAD😊👇🏿
Rotis and Parathas are the staple food in NORTHERN INDIA. Ingredients needed to make PARATHAS are: Wheat Flour, Salt, Ajwain- Caraway Seeds, Jeera- Cumin Seeds, Water to knead the dough and Oil for smoothening the dough at the last.
METHI/FENUGREEK LEAVES PARATHAS/FLAT BREAD 😄
In the above picture I have posted METHI PARATHAS. Along with the other ingredients we also need to add FENUGREEK LEAVES( greens), CORIANDER POWDER, GINGER to make the dough. And with a rolling pin have to make PARATHAS with oil ,Ghee or,Butter to grease it.

TOMATO KURMA 🍅
Kurma is a popular dish in SOUTHERN INDIA. This dish can be prepared with vegetables like Beans, Carrot, Beetroot, Capsicum, Green Peas, Potatoes. kurma can also be made only with Green Peas or only Tomato. The base of this recipe is the spice paste made of Ginger, Garlic and Green chillies. It is called Aromatic spicy dish because we add Bay leaf, Cloves, Cinnamon sticks, Pepper corns, Fennel seeds, Cumin seeds for Seasoning. In kurma, Almonds, Cashews are added to give richness to the dish . To add more richness Coconut and Coconut Milk is added too. Coriander Leaves are used to garnish.
We are all busy trying to achieve our set endeavours to be successful and rich with lots of money. We may achieve the so called success and money too.
All this success and wealth can be enjoyed only if our taste buds are made happier and satisfied.
Can any amount of LUXURY, WEALTH can give us the HAPPINESS and a CONTENT FEELING which a HAPPY FULL TUMMY would give?. Just think about it🤔.
