The colourful bazaarโฎ๏ธ๐
This is a colourful collage of pictures which I clicked during my latest short trip๐ธ๐คณ๐โโ๏ธ
I always had this penchant to click pictures of people, shops, building whenever I get to travel to a new place. I love to click candid pictures of people in their ownself unaware of being clicked .
Recently I had posted a blog about my bus journey where I had clicked pics of nature in its unbeatable beauty with palette of colours to boast of.
This time I want to share the clicks of people in their candid poses in their daily life.
The clicks are not about people and the place being beautiful but itโs about the colours we get to see in a stretch of a road. The mix of bright colours which gives a vibrant look to even a very small petty shop.
The clicks which I am going to share is a bazaar lined by shops on both sides of the road. These types of bazaar one can see only outside temples. So, in these pictures you can see a mix of many types of shops, people, of different walks of life
TWO TEMPLE ELEPHANTS WITH THEIR MAHOUTS ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
They were so well trained that they were cutely posing and blessing everyone with their long tusk.
PEPSI/COKE OF YESTERYEAR๐ฅค๐
This is called a GOLI SODA ๐ฅค.This bottle has a soda water with different flavours added to it. Orange, Mango, Scented Rose water etc etc. It has a zing which you enjoy on a hot sunny day. ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
COLOURFUL FLOWERS ๐บ ๐๐ฟ๐
Flowers are the one of the main attractions outside any temple. Jasmine flowers are considered to be the auspicious of the whole lot of flowers. People buy to offer it to the deity and also to adorn in their hair to enhance their beauty too ๐.
It was a sunny morning with Sun high up in the sky in its complete vigour and strength. The pics posted are of a Cow with Tilak in Turmeric yellow and Sindhoor Red outside the temple for people to greet and give some money to the owner. Also the door which looks ancient is the entrance to the bazaar.Beautiful isnโt it?๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
Where there is temple there are certain ways to offer our prayers to the God. The pics I have posted here is about the same . Itโs an earthen lamp with ghee and a camphor kept at the top to light the same and offer your prayers. Very colourful ๐ช๐ช๐ชadds to the fervour and spirit of the atmosphere in the surroundings of the temple.
The shops on the both sides are small and they sell decor items, miniature idols, small gifts made of wood, fancy items for girls, Pooja materials. Itโs like a mela. When you click such a picture it becomes an amalgamation of colours to watch out for. ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
In the present AI generation where life is fast paced itโs humbling to see vendors selling their stuff with a hope to earn some meagre money to survive. This is the reality which pinches you at times.
I want to conclude this write-up by posting a pic which really made me a kinda emotional. This is again the height of survival instincts I must say. And when I clicked this pic the person didnโt object to being clicked instead posed for me. It showed the other side of the life where people find some way to survive in their respective lives. This man has painted his whole body with glowing paint and stands for hours still, to earn some money from the passerby on the road.๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
I am planning to write a blog on survival strategies soon. These people are going to be the back bone for my write-up.
When you travel not only you learn but also realise what life is . This write-up is a collage of pics with a message too.

This felt like walking through a painting so alive ๐คLoved how each colour had its own story. Youโve captured the soul of a bazaar in such a beautiful way
Beautiful colours and the post reads like a travel blog but in light mode. I like it.
