Being positive is foremost important in today’s lives for each and every person living on this planet.We all are born the same way as a baby in this world. As one grows he or she has to grow within oneself and bloom as a positive person.To get this bright outlook one has to work on this constantly by conceiving , telling and being optimistic in whatever we do inor day to day activity.There are numerous benefits by being a person of positiveness!!!I as a person , homemaker and a mother has experienced the effects of being positive at key moments of my life.

2 -Energy levels of happy hormones Dopamine and Endorphins are secreted in sufficient quantity.Because of this one feels content and are in happy mode which leads to a balanced thinking and hence resulting in effective and productive work .
3- As one makes it a habit of thinking positively at any given situation be it difficult , handling the same becomes effortless.
4- By practicing positive thinking in our day to day routine we spread the same to people surrounding us in our family,friends and slowly expands to even people unknown.
5-By persistent positive thinking one can achieve what one wants in his/her life as one starts believing in their strength and hence accomplish their goals successfully!!!
